Tron’s Latest Acquisition “BlockChain.org” Aims To Become A Decentralized Google Of Blockchain

Tron enthusiasts got some great news when Justin Sun tweeted that Tron has acquired top-notch domain http://blockchain.org, this way, making it into the Google of the industry.

Sun says that it will establish a non-profit and integrated service platform for data search, big data analysis, project evaluation and information search, among others.

BlockChain.org is set to become a decentralized Google

This comes after the purchasing of BitTorrent, another essential step in Tron’s achievements so far.

The industry insiders claim that this latest acquisition may be the biggest and most important one in terms of the domain name in the blockchain industry.

It’s also important to note that domain names with the suffix “org” are widely recognized in the industry.

It seems that Tron already has plans involving the future of BlockChain.org. This is set to become a decentralized Google of the whole blockchain industry.

Blockchain issues

The blockchain industry witnessed some issues, and we’ll address the main ones below. Blockchain knew intense development, but it was also hit with a few issues.

For instance, traditional search engines don’t show complete information about the industry.

The Internet is decentralized by nature, and this means that a lot of pieces and quality of content of the industry are excluded, hidden and even replaced by ads.

This results in a difficulty for users to find suitable projects or correct data.

There’s also a complicated user experience with various public chains and this issue has to be somehow resolved as well.

And last but not least, there’s also the problem regarding the difficulty with acquiring industry data.

Industry insiders are working on improvements

All these obstacles and more give the industry insiders the responsibility of making as many improvements as possible.

Justin Sun believes that “the success of the project should not be measured by its profit or its users base. What really matters is that if it makes an effort to improve the entire industry”.

Tron has been upholding the value of “decentralizing the internet” since day one, and the recent purchase of BlockChain.org is just another robust proof of Tron’s unyielding commitment.
